The ideal candidate will have an existing book of business or client base of publishers that specialize in email, display, mobile, search and social advertising. They will be part of our growing inside sales team. This sales job requires persistent and persuasive interactions with publishers, proven sales and relationship building skills, ability to negotiate commitments from clients, and strong communication skills. We are seeking a self-motivated individual, able to be resilient when faced with obstacles.
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for growing the overall revenue of your portfolio of publishers, including actively recruiting new publishers, selling to existing publishers, and finding the optimal synergies of available campaigns to capitalize on their results. This position is permanent, full-time, and includes a competitive base salary, commission, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Grow your base of publishers to meet and exceed the monthly sales targets
- Conduct daily analysis of all active campaigns to optimize performance to ensure that we are achieving clients desired KPIs
- Actively recruit and diversify your portfolio of publishers that specialize in promotion methods with traffic on various pricing models
- Introduce publishers to the offers available on the EPCVIP network that match their individual business models
- Work with existing publishers to build trusting relationships and suggesting innovative ways to increase ROI for company and publishers
- Promote and market EPCVIP as a company representative at conferences and business meetings across North America as required
- Communicate with publishers by the method and frequency that each publisher prefers in order to identify what they need to drive more volume through our network
- Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of industry developments to spot opportunities

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Affiliate Marketing sales experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s Degree Preferred)
- Online marketing or advertising experience an asset
- Ideal candidate will have a diversified portfolio of publishers in Email, Display, Social, PPC (pay per click) promotion methods with traffic on CPA/CPC models.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, as well as various online marketing models such as CPA, CPC, CPM
