Job description
EPCVIP is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Manager to expand and optimize our growing network of affiliates and publishers. You will play a critical role in onboarding, supporting, and scaling affiliate partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth. This position is ideal for a performance marketing professional with strong negotiation skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruit & Onboard: Identify, recruit, and activate new affiliates and publishers into EPCVIP’s network.
Manage Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, approvals, and optimization requests.
Optimize Campaigns: Monitor EPC, EPL, CTR, volume, and compliance, making proactive recommendations to improve results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SCS, BI, DevOps, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless lead delivery, accurate reporting, and proper tracking.
Negotiate Deals: Secure competitive payouts, traffic allocations, and custom campaign terms to maximize profitability.
Performance Reviews: Conduct regular affiliate reviews, providing feedback and uncovering growth opportunities.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to industry regulations, brand guidelines, and EPCVIP’s internal risk controls.
Reporting: Prepare and present weekly reports highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities for scale.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required).
Experience: 2–4 years in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital media buying. Direct financial services vertical experience a plus.
Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship management, data analysis (Excel, pivot tables), clear communication (email/Slack), and ability to manage multiple accounts under tight deadlines.
Certifications: Not required; Google, HubSpot, or IAB certifications are a plus.
