Our expertise in PPC traffic, search engine, display and email marketing has propelled us to the forefront of the lead generation industry. We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic and proactive Legal Department. This role will assist with the overall monitoring of our affiliates and clients. This includes recognizing trends and issues through the observation of complaint trends, chargebacks, and seeding initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

Monitor & Analyze Compliance Trends

  • Identify high-risk partners by analyzing consumer complaints, chargebacks, lender feedback, and seed results.

  • Develop and maintain a heat map of compliance risks based on affiliate and client activities.

  • Escalate critical findings and propose remediation strategies.

 -> Oversee Seeding & Compliance Testing Initiatives

  • Conduct daily seeding investigations to monitor affiliate and client advertising practices.

  • Identify and report potential non-compliant marketing activities and data security risks.

  • Work with legal and compliance leadership to remedy non-compliant practices.

 -> Manage Third-Party Compliance Tools

  • Monitor and optimize third-party compliance platforms (e.g., Lashback, Integrishield, Freshworks).

  • Generate and analyze reports to track compliance violations and issue resolutions.

  • Make process improvement recommendations based on tool data.

 -> Support Regulatory & Internal Compliance Reviews

  • Assist with internal audits and regulatory investigations.

  • Document and track corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Communicate with affiliates and clients about compliance expectations and remediation steps.

Job requirements

 Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred).

 Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or digital marketing preferred.

  • Familiarity with lead generation, affiliate marketing, or regulatory compliance a plus.

 Key Skills & Competencies:

·         Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends in data.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication—ability to report findings clearly.

·         Investigative mindset with critical thinking to assess compliance risks.

·         Comfortable working with compliance software, CRMs, and reporting dashboards

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Certifications:

  • None are required, but compliance-related certifications (CRCM, CFE) are a plus.
