We are looking for an Experimentation Program Manager to join our agile Innovation team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data analysis and experimentation management, directly contributing to the growth and optimization of our Lead Acquisition and Lead Monetization products. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact by driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

- Experimentation Management:

Ensure continuous experimentation on a portfolio of sites within either the Lead Acquisition or Lead Monetization product.

Develop test hypotheses, select key metrics, and manage the end-to-end process of A/B testing.

Monitor experiments to reach statistical significance, analyze results, and recommend next steps.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement experiments and communicate outcomes effectively.

- Data Analysis:

Perform ad hoc data analysis using Python, SQL, and generative AI tools to support experimentation and decision-making.

Work independently on data tasks, including querying datasets and using Jupyter Notebooks for analysis.

Collaborate with BI resources when needed to develop ongoing reports and deeper insights.

- Domain Expertise Development:
Develop deep knowledge in a specific area of either the Lead Acquisition or Lead Monetization product, focusing on optimization and testing within that domain.

- Project Management & Organization:

Use project management tools like Jira, Notion, or AirTable to keep track of multiple experiments and ensure timely execution.

Maintain high levels of organization to manage complex projects and data tasks.

- Automation & Innovation:

Identify and implement automation opportunities within the experimentation process to enhance efficiency.

Contribute to continuous improvement by leveraging innovative approaches and generative AI tools

Job requirements

  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong foundation in Python and data analysis (pandas), with the ability to perform ad hoc analysis and use AI tools effectively.
    • Experience with SQL for querying large datasets, preferably in a cloud environment.
  • Experimentation Experience:
    • Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical significance, and experience managing experiments in a product-focused role.
  • Additional Skills:
    • UI/UX knowledge and copywriting skills are valuable pluses, as many experiments will involve optimizing user interfaces and testing copy.
    • Strong organizational skills and experience with project management tools are essential.
  • Mindset and Growth Potential:
    • Eagerness to learn and take on more responsibility, with a focus on automating and optimizing processes for continuous improvement
