Job description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies, driving brand growth and engagement across various online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of marketing and brand growth which include but not limited to SEO, email, paid advertising, creative management, content management, and etc.
- Develop, implement, and manage our marketing strategy across platforms such as Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and etc.
- Design and execute engaging marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity and business goals, focusing on driving brand recognition and sales.
- Create and curate all marketing content, including capturing high-quality photos and videos, graphic design, and editing, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and aesthetic.
- Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, track performance, and adapt strategies to grow our followers and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and executives to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
- Manage marketing budget and investments to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
Job requirements
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in marketing, paid search, SEO, social media management, content creation, and brand development.
- Expertise in multiple paid search & social media platforms, including Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, with a deep understanding of their best practices, design standards, and algorithms.
- Exceptional skills in graphic design, video editing, and content capturing, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that engage and inspire.
- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and translate them into high-impact social media content.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
