Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive R&D Growth Specialist to organize, optimize, and monitor Research & Development (OfferHub) initiatives. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to facilitate effective communication, track progress, analyze performance data, and support the onboarding of new partners. The OfferHub Growth Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and accountability of R&D processes, with significant opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Partner Communication and Coordination:

• Monitor daily communication with partners via email and messaging platforms (Slack/Skype/Telegram) to ensure timely and effective information exchange.  

• Organize and document meetings, including detailed notes on action items, decisions, and next steps, to maintain clear project records.  

Initiative Tracking and Reporting:

• Monitor daily performance statistics of OfferHub initiatives using Amazon Quicksite Dashboards and DOIS reports, promptly alerting relevant stakeholders to significant changes or trends.  

• Maintain organized records of OfferHub tickets and initiatives within Jira, Wrike, and Hubspot, tracking progress and ensuring timely resolution.  

 

Data Analysis and Optimization:

• Analyze performance data for partner campaigns using Quicksite and Excel to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.  

•  Develop and present data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve R&D objectives.

Partner Onboarding:

•  Manage onboarding documentation and integration tickets for new partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into OfferHub initiatives.  

Job requirements

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.  

 

 Experience:

•         2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.  

•         Proven experience with task management and organizational software (e.g., Jira, Wrike, Hubspot) and Microsoft Excel.  

•         Experience in data analysis and optimization of accounts or campaigns.  

·Skills:

•         Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.  

•         Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Amazon Quicksite and Excel.  

•         Familiarity with AI and automation tools is a plus.  

•         Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.  

•         Analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
