We are actively looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our IT/Product team that is focused on optimizing processes

This role is responsible for post-release monitoring, issue resolution, and cross-team collaboration to ensure features function as intended and provide business value. Acting as the main point of contact for business teams, the TPM ensures clarity, tracks performance, and works with Product, Engineering, and BI to continuously improve system efficiency and adoption.

Responsibilities:

o   Feature Implementation & Validation (Post-Release)

o   Implement new initiatives in technical systems and ensure they function as expected by collaborating with BI to analyze data and validate performance in production.

o   Act as the final checkpoint for live validation, confirming correct implementation, ensuring it matches Jira specifications, and identifying any post-release gaps.

o   Maintain a list of implemented initiatives, track their real-world performance over time through dashboards, and communicate insights to relevant business stakeholders upon request.

o   Provide business teams with clear documentation on feature functionality to drive adoption and reduce confusion.

o   Issue Resolution

o   Serve as the central point of contact for the business when clarification or deeper understanding of an initiative is needed.

o   Act as the first level support for reported issues related to technical systems, assessing and delegating them to the appropriate department (QA, Backend, Product).

o   Ensure a structured tracking process for issues, maintaining visibility and follow-up to resolution.

o   Cross-Team Collaboration

o   Work closely with the Product Manager to align implementation with strategic goals.

o   Ensure seamless coordination between Engineering, BI, QA, and Business teams to support successful feature deployment and adoption.

o   Collaborate with the Innovation & Experimentation Team to provide feedback, explore improvements, and contribute to new ideas for enhancing technical systems.

Job requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience

o   Experience in technical project management or product implementation roles.

o   Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

o   Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.

o   Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues and improve business adoption.

o   Technical proficiency to understand and communicate complex systems, integrations, and processes.

Nice-to-Have:

o   Experience in affiliate marketing, fintech, or payday loan industry.

o   Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.

o   Hands-on experience with Jira administration and workflow optimization.

Bonus:

o   Basic understanding of APIs to support system functionality and implementation.

o   Knowledge of SQL, analytics tools, or data visualization to track and analyze feature performance.
